April Tiger babies!

April 23rd - Yay! Done, for my colleague Hui Ting. Hehe, yeap, the girl is supposed to be her..but the eyes are too big :p Varnished it and placed a translucent piece of paper over it for writing. Turns out pretty sweet, but i was quite disappointed when the paper turns out a bit sticky when varnished.. Maybe I shouldn't have dunnit...



April 26th - Dor's bdae card! Ran out of ideas for hers... so decided to draw her tiger avatar. Was in a hurry to write on it, so took a picture of it instead of scanning...

...Maybe I can start a little card making business next time....haha. Dun think it'll profit there...

OP remakes!

Okie... have been rather restless during work today, cos they shifted my table from the middle of the office to the side of the wall, so ...I was feeling a bit bored out with looking at the wall... and decided to do a little search on youtube. Back when I was in polytechnic, I remember catching a glimpse of the scenes from Naruto's 2nd OP (Haruka Kanata) when someone in the mac lab was slacking during the class intervals. Somehow, it was very different from your usual naruto anime, cos it's it's a live action remake of the anime's op. I didn't see much cos was busy with my own stuff that time, but it did arouse my curiosity. I tried searching for the same video on youtube whenever I thought of it, but so far, it hasn't reaped any nice results :/ Until I tried again today.... (typing 'Haruka Kanata cosplay') Man, not only did I found it, I found some remakes of other anime OPs too. Some are really hilarious while they try to keep as close to the original.

Haha, yeap, that's my archer Zardas... It started with little ideas during work, I was looking at my msn avatar and thinking, 'it's starting to get a bit boring.... maybe I should try making something new...maybe something like that emoticon but is an avatar pic...' So taa-daa~ Drew that 'inferno' emoticon-like avatar (cos during that period of time, I was rushing my work to meet a deadline). Soon, I started brainstorming pictures of the other bowman skills, adding the 'emoticon' feel to it and slowly, they start forming the comical picture above (the words are just random babble). Yeap, I'm now using my new set of emo-avatars and a yellowy wallpaper on my office com :p

Ok, enough freedom now... gotta start worrying about that poster design.....T.T And yeash, I got my place in the university I applied a month ago ;P. The letter came real early, I was expecting two months later. Guess it's hello to sch soon!
