Teabreak

Have been digging into the Bakumatsu history these days, and started picking up this comic again. Gee... it's almost 11 years since the end of the manga series. When I read it again, it does felt quite cliche, someone in danger, talk big talk, hero comes in time and saves the day(hey, it's still in use nia). But the dialogues were pretty cool when the hero comes in, so yea, close one eye ba! :D



Kenshin... in watercolors. I was trying to play around with the chinese traditional painting style, but screwed it up and turned it into something else. Maybe just not very confident with the squirrel brush I was using there, and the economy of line.... argh. A random piece, maybe I should try rice paper there.... hehehehhe, might be fun! :)
